What the agency does

The agency arranges plus-one companions for a defined set of occasions. These are: business dinners, corporate hospitality events, weddings (mehndi, baraat, walima, and reception), cultural events and galas, and travel (out-of-city engagements to Murree, Islamabad, and Karachi).

Within each occasion, the agency briefs the companion on the venue, the dress code, the conversation topics appropriate to the context, the duration of the engagement, and the standard of conduct expected. Bookings are managed by a single concierge desk that operates 24/7 on WhatsApp. The concierge replies within 30 minutes during operating hours, matches 2–3 profiles to the brief, and dispatches the matched companion to the agreed venue. The concierge is the only point of contact between the client and the agency, and is the only party with access to the full booking history. Standards and verification

Every companion on the agency's roster is met in person, verified, and briefed on the agency's standards before any booking. The agency reviews the roster quarterly. Companions who do not meet the standards are removed from the roster and are not booked again. The agency does not publish the names, photographs, or biographical details of the companions on its roster; profiles are shared on a per-brief basis, after the client has confirmed the booking.

Confidentiality and privacy

The agency collects the minimum information required to operate a booking: a contact number, the date and time of the engagement, the venue, the occasion, and any preferences the client shares in the brief. The agency retains booking records for the minimum period required to operate the service, after which records are deleted.
